You start by just sending a simple message to Minnie so she can contact you.

Ask her to use all her remaining mana root energy to push one side of the cart as much as she can with wind – then either you or Norle will lift and push it on the opposite side as much as possible, Minnie’s spell will only serve to ensure the cart stays in one set of wheels and veers off
Make ice or change the property of the floor to be slippery, so you can easily redirect the cart
Ask her to vibrate the wheels as much as she can, making the ride bumpier, you guys could then amplify the momentum and make the cart bounce way up
