“Now, you said you might be able to handle yourself and one other person,” Minnie continues. “So you can handle yourself and a sheet big enough to hide someone else?”
“If it’s big enough to hide one person, probably. But a huge sheet that could cover all of us would be difficult. Even one big enough to hide the cart would be stretching it, I might knock myself out,” Norle replies.
“Oh, no, one person’s enough. It’s just that if we have a sheet, we can swap it around, and that’s all I really need.”
Minnie grabs a sheet on a nearby shelf. She’s grinning in a way that makes you very nervous, even though it’s not really possible for you to be physically harmed by whatever happens next.
“I’m guessing you’d have to pause the invisibility spell to, say, make a small explosion as a diversion?” Minnie asks. “Just want to know if I should hand out firecrackers or if you can handle that.”
“I’d have to see the spot directly,” she replies.
But you have much less limitation than that.
“Right. Everyone gets one firecracker. Lee, you stay with the cart.” She starts handing firecrackers out, and then gives the sheet to Chald. “You get to be invisible. I’ll give you a cue on when to swap. Lef, you’re coming with me. I’ve got an idea and I could use some of that merfolk muscle to help with it.”
Norle concentrates, then she and the sheet vanish. Chald covers himself with the sheet and disappears as well. Minnie gives the two of them some directions to go in, then leads Lef away. You decide to follow them and see what else Minnie is scheming.
It seems she’s found a spot with just one of the Guild underlings, well away from any others. There are plenty looking that way, but that’s not so much of a concern when a firecracker goes off behind them. As the lone underling looks around in a panic, Lef grabs them, pulls them behind a wall, and knocks them out. Minnie pokes her arm out and waves, and Chald suddenly appears, handing over the sheet.
Minnie vanishes, as does the unconscious underling. A moment later, she reappears in the underling’s outfit. The underling, you notice, is in her clothes.
“Just wanted some privacy,” Minnie explains. “And there’s some fun things we can do with our guest, too.” She hands the sheet to Lef. “Move her around while you look for another firecracker opportunity, would you? And Lee, I know you can hear me. In a few minutes, I should be able to give you and the cart an opening. Be ready.”
And you’d better have my back, she sends at you, before running off. You hear another firecracker in the distance, which is probably Norle’s work. You follow Minnie, knowing full well you’ll have to deal with whatever trouble she gets into in a moment.
It happens even faster than you were expecting, actually.
She runs into two guards, both with sharp blades pointing them at her, they don’t recognize her and ask her to be identified. She then blatantly tells you to use a sleep spell on them

She “accidentally” fires up one of the enemies’ flares and creates a whole mess
