You don’t know what the purpose of this room is, but you’re fairly sure you know what the problem is. There are a lot of birds in here, and they don’t look like they’re supposed to be. Rather, they’re making a mess all over the room.
Luckily, this is a fairly simple problem to deal with. Somebody left the portholes open, which is likely how the birds got in. So all you need to do is make a few bird calls with sound magic.
Well, most of what you need to do, at any rate. You clear out a lot of the birds this way, but there’s three you don’t know the species of, and one that just seems unresponsive. You might be able to handle the unknown birds by listening to the sounds they make and copying them, though.
So while you listen, you take a second look over the room. Now that there aren’t so many birds, maybe you can figure out what it’s supposed to be for.
